Tarifa Residential Area
Tarifa Residential Area is an outstanding location if you do not mind the 50 min – 70 min one way commute to Gibraltar Border depending obviously on time of year. If you love culture, traditional ambiance and kitesurfing then this location is a dream for many. The cost of rental properties is slightly higher due to demand and location. The ferry to Morocco is also situated in the port of Tarifa so day drips to Morocco are easily doable.
