However, it was the culmination of a career of 30 years, with me as a chef from the age of 16 to owning a Brazilian restaurant together with my wife Marianna. Then, in 2010 moving to Queensway which lead to what is now Rendezvous chargrill. We have built a very successful business over 8 years with an amazing team behind us.
