Praza do Obradoiro, Unesco Site, A Coruña, Spain
Plaza do Obradoiro is the heart of the city of Santiago de Compostela and named in reference to the workshop of stonecutters who worked in the square during the construction of Cathedral. This, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO , is the place of daily meeting of hundreds of pilgrims who come to do the Camino de Santiago and is surrounded to the east by the Baroque facade of the cathedral with the adjoining Museum right and the Palace of Gelmírez left.
