Duquesa Residential Area is an approximate 40 minute drive from the Gibraltar border. Duquesa features its own golf course, marina and is popular location due to the great value in Long Term Rentals. Malaga airport is only 20 minutes away and the exclusive regions of Malaga and Marbella a stones throwaway. Duquesa is a popular holiday destination for the younger crowd as such the port is possibly not suitable for family life although the surrounding areas boasts plenty of stunning villas.
