Alcaidesa Residential Area
Alcaidesa is a really beautiful location and perfect for families. A popular area for people working in Gibraltar. Spacious apartments and villas aplenty at a rate cheaper than Sotogrande. There is one small supermarket, two restaurants and six bars open in the summer. Sadly there is no cashpoint in the village of Alcaidesa.
It is a a 10 minute drive to the larger Supermarkets in the area. It is a 20 minute drive, 45 minutes cycle and a one hour bus ride. The beach is one of the best beaches in the area and beautiful in the summer. A taxi from the border is approximately €25.
